Secret Life of Plants

MY THOUGTS ALWAYS LINGERS ON ORGANIC GARDENING, FARMING WHICH IS MY CRAZE

MANY YEARS BACK I WROTE AN ARTICLE " THE SECRET LIFE OF PLANTS"
HOW IT FEELS , BEHAVE & CONVERSE. IT IS ALL SONIC, BELIEVE ME.
YOU CAN TAPE IT ON POLYGRAPH MACHINE, IT IS LIKE MORSE CODE WITH VIBERATION

IF YOU SLAUGHTER ANNIMAL UNDER A TREE, RECORD HIGH VIBERATION AS IF IT FEELS THE PAIN

ON THE OTHER HAND IF YOU PLAY SOFT MUSIC INSTRUEMENTAL THE VIBRATION WILL SWAY WITH MUSIC
I TRIED MUCH ON THE SUBJECT AND FOUND "BLUE WALTZ" WAS RHYTHEMIC FOR IT

IT EVEN RESPONDS TO YOU IF YOU EXPREES LOVE FOR IT. FOR INSTANCE SAY "SALAM ALAI KUM"
SEE THE REYTHEMIC RESPONSE OR EVEN "GOOD MORNING"

IT IS CENTURIES OLD CUSTOM OF HINDUS TO HUG A TREE, AND ASK FORGIVENES BEFORE IT IS FELLED
IN OTHER WORDS THEY NEW IT LIVE WITH FEELINGS

NOW THEN YOU ALSO MAKE A TREE BE YOUR FRIEND BY TYING A STRING TO IT LIKE "RAKHI" HINDU CUSTOM
ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS YOU HAVE TO PROMISE YOU WILL BE KIND TO IT, ALEAST WATER IT YOURSELF DAILY A GLASS OF WATER WILL DO.

IN RETURN THIS IS WHAT THE TREE WILL DO FOR YOU, IT WILL TAKE ALL THE MISFORTUNE THAT MAY FALL ON YOU ON ITSELF, THE LEAVES WILL SHIVER VISIBLY IF SERVE LIKE CAR ACCIDENT ALL THE LEAVES WILL FALL DOWN AS IF IT IS
WINTER, IT WILL COVER YOU UP UPTO 65MILES RADIUS FOM WHERE IT IS. THIS IS NOT SUPERTITION OR A FAIRY TALE. IT IS A FACT.

IN CONCLUSION IT IS HUMBLE REQUEST TO TREAT THESE SPEECHLESS PLANTS, TREES WIH KINDNESS, EVEN WHEN PRUNNING IT IS PAINFUL FOR THEM

MAY GOD BLESS US ALL

PLANT A TREE

There is a classic story, shared in many cultures,
of an elderly man digging vigorously, working hard
at planting a tree.
A stranger passing by, observing the old man,
points out to him that his efforts are in vain.
“You foolish old man”, says the stranger, “don’t
you realize you’re elderly and will never live to see
the fruits of your labor.”
“I know,” responds the older gentleman, with a
twinkle in his eyes.
“I have no pretensions of living forever. This tree,
however, is not for me. I am planting it for my
grand children. And that is why I haven’t a
moment to waste.”
Some sow to remember generations past, others
plant with future generations in mind, and still
others, to celebrate the moment.
For most, a tree is planted in memory of someone
close to their hearts who has passed away. A
family member, friend or close acquaintence.
It is our way of keeping their memory alive.
In a sense, a tree is the gift that keeps on
growing.
Others, derive enjoyment in presenting a gift of a
tree to someone celebrating a happy event.
It’s the perfect gift for people of all faiths.

Everyone feels a sense of pride knowing the

world’s a little bit better, a little bit richer, a little

bit greener, because of them.

The gardener has to handle five types of Soil.
Arid - Semi-Aired - Fertile - Wet - Marshy
ie. Acidic to Alkaline. The type of soil can be ascertained
by a pH meter. Normal reading on the pH meter should
be around 5.5 to 6.5 general for Garden Plants & Shrubs.

The Manure you get from the market is usually infected with
bacteria and fungus. This is the main cause for germination
of Pests. Since we are going to have an organic garden, we
therefore do not recommend us of Chemicals. I suggest we do
the following to prevent us attacks by pests.
1. Spread the manure on a plastic sheets as it arrives.
2. Sprinkle with dry ginger, clove and garlic powder, moist the
manure and let it dry under the Sun.
3. Once dried, spread it on the flower bed and keep it moist
This will be an antidote for prevention of pests to a large
    extend.
4. Soak the mulch in a pale of water for 3/4 days., drain the
mulch and spray it on the plant, an old method, yet useful

                                  P L A N TS

It will an exhaustive text if I mentioned each and every plant.
So we will mention requirement is general. Plants health,
growth is directly related to its roots, having got rid pest.
It is the temperature of the soil for where it gets its nutrients.
In Summer there is a rise in temperature, hence to cool the
ground, spread your fresh lawn cutting, mixed with hay and
keep it moist. It will work with temperatures up to 120 F.
Flowers will bloom as normal.
You have noted that after a both you feel fresh Yes
Yet ever thought of giving your plants a bath
( spray) once
A while. NO.
It will be flush Green when you do so.

The best solution provided by Nature is Earth Worms, it keeps
digging holes in the soil .to keep its supply of oxygen to the
roots
The roots are mainly effected by lack of oxygen, or the soil is
effected by germs in the soil. To retify the situation, cut an
onion in four pieces and bury it deep in the soil, dig at six to
eight inches. This method is also applicable to Fruits trees
as well.

Flowers are delicate pieces of Nature's atrtisry, short lived.
Do not grow flowers too close, congested to  please your eye
Your garden is not a Flower Shop, spread them apart, it will
bloom faster and give larger flowers.. The beauty lies in its
elegence and majesty. This applies to both seasonal and prennials.
Keep Cut flowers in room Teperature at 74 F it will last longer
Do not Chill it. It will fade away soon.
Dry Flowers this will be taken as a seperate text to come later.
I have made myself as brief as possible, yet have made an
interesting text to be used in the Hand Book Guide under preperation.

Organic Gardening Made Easy

ORGANIC GARDENING THE EASY WAY
These are the solutions

First
Soil pH, Soil Temperature, Moisture %
Soil Temperature required is 74F to 80F
Moisture 30%
Normally fertile soil pH 5.5 to 6.5
You will need a ph meter which also shows moisture %

This will be the guide for a start
Now which flowers/ vegetables you want to plant
You should know the ph of particular flower, vegetable
The details are available on call

Next The roots, are the main point for a plant, if the root is dieased it swollen joints, or the laces are getting black this will indicate that the plant is sick, stun growth, small flowers. You do not have to dig out the plant, just dig few inches around the roots and you will be able diagonise it.
Cure I have tried garlic small pices mixed in the soil was not fully successful, yet it survived Actually lack of phosphourus in the soil, a small percentage could be help full

Pests a long list I will be brief, generally I use Oinion/Garlic Spray it works for almost all pests. Spray under the leaves as well.

Soil is generally infected, heat, moisture assist in its promotion
So before planting,  I place small pieces of Oinoin/ginger 3 inch deep in the soil, and keep the moist for 3 /4 days. This nearly destroys all posibility of  pests in the soil.

Seeds I do not sow seeds in pots, or beds. I fear it will be prone to infection.
It is like a child born under unhygenic condtion will be easily prone to dieases

So I plant seeds on Foam, take dish fill 1/4th water, place foam in it, the sprinkle a few seeds, cover moist mul mul cloth, caperlilary action will place and water will keep the moist. In a few days you will see the sprouts, do not remove it until it has grown has 4 inches. Here is a healthy birth under hygenic condition. In the process it will emit obnoxious smell so keep the under a shade far away
Now place in the soil you have prepared as mentioned above.

Now a word on Garden Hygiene

I wonder if you ever thought of Garden Hygiene.
You must have notice that the Mali brings his own tools to attend to your garden, Note he used the same tools in other gardens, cleaning, pruning , Cutting. The same tools  are now used in your garden, which carries infection. As he has been cutting, pruning irrespective of the plant is infected or not.
In order to safe guard your garden, it is suggested that the Mali uses your instruments, keeping his out of the Garden.
As regards your tools, always place them in a solution of Potassium permanganate to ensure it is clean.
Please do not keep any garbage in the garden.
When you up root an infected plant, after doing so also dig 6-8 inches in a circle as wide and also throw away the soil as it also contains infection of the up rooted plant
This small note will keep your garden blooming

Happy Gardening
